Duplicate products in sheet

I have bought the plugin bulk product syn with google sheets, but when I make any change in my WooCommerce inventory, the product in the sheet is not updated instead the sheet adds a new row with the product updated, I mean I will have duplicated values.

received the above question in an email, here is the answer, you need to reset sheet as following:

1. Please remove all products from sheets.
2. Click on reset button from Google Sync menu
3. Fetch products agains.
