Hi,
just installed the newest pro version for the first time. Anything works fine, but i didn’t get any notification Mail. The wp-mail log is empty. smtp-log is empty. Mails are enabled. Order-notification from WC are working. using newest version of wp, wc and your plugin. theme is DIVI. Any suggestions? thx.

I just installed the plugin WooCommerce Order Communication which is similar to yours. The notifications in this plugin are working without any issues.
everything is logged in wp-mail.
But your plugin don’t enter wp-mail at all.

Is there any help or do i have to refund it?

Hi,

thanks for sharing details, we have some issue due to last update. Now it is fixed in version 7.8 please udpate to latest version.
