email Template : File not found?

Hello, I have a few questions
1. In the settings, it displays email Template: File not found, will it affect?

2. In the Email Notifications field, I type
Shortcodes:
Sender Name:% sender_name%
Sender Email:% sender_email%
Message Text:% message_text%

But the email received by the customer only shows Click here to reply, how to change it?

I am having the same issue. the email that comes through is blank.

It seems that any emails that come through the plugin are blank. There is a link to “Click here to reply” however, the message that the person types in is not present in the email.

For anyone else having this issue, it seems that there is a bug in the plugin where the Email Notification is blank by default so you have to create the template yourself.

Go to WooCommerce->WooConvo
Click “Email Settings”
In the “Email Notification” add the following:

Sender Name: %sender_name%
Sender Email: %sender_email%
Message Text: %message_text%

Then click “Save settings”

We added the feature chat order reverse, the latest message is shown top of the chatbox.
%message_text% must be written in fields for showing chat messaging in email
