It seems that any emails that come through the plugin are blank. There is a link to “Click here to reply” however, the message that the person types in is not present in the email.
For anyone else having this issue, it seems that there is a bug in the plugin where the Email Notification is blank by default so you have to create the template yourself.
Go to WooCommerce->WooConvo
Click “Email Settings”
In the “Email Notification” add the following:
