Error message missing

I have an other problem. When I try put the product in the basket but some required field is empty, then the plugin don’t show error message. It seem just refresh the from and don’t put in the basket.
Can you help me?

Make sure you disable the ajax add to cart feature.

It has the ajax add to cart feature enable, Please disable it and then check again.

I unchecked this option in the woocommerce settings but it seem the fuction is active. Can I disable this function in other?

If this option is unchecked then the issue with other woocommerce plugins on your site.

Please check the other plugins installed on your site.
