Export Not working

Hey guys,

I have just got the pro version, and the export for categories worked, however, the exports for variations and products did not. Is there a limit to the number of products that can sync?

Also, I have custom meta info (different price levels) which I would like to be able to sync back and forth as well. Can I add these to the sheet or do the sheets have to stay the exact same as the template?

Hi,

there is not any limit, make sure you have set the chunk size to about 40. We also released Google sync version 2.3 today, just update to this as well.

And we are adding more features like add your own sheets name.

The chunk size I have set to 30. It was able to do the categories no problem, but products it doesnt touch at all..

I just added it to another site as well, and although it is saying successful with each export sync, it isnt working at all. No idea where my products are going.

It works the incoming way on both sites. As I have tested putting a products ID in to the spreadsheet, and then updating sku or price in the sheet and pressing sync on the website.. So that part seems correct and it is obviously communicating with the proper sheet. Just the export is the issue I guess.

Randomly, my second site now has worked completely for export. First site still broken 🙂

Could it be server limits? Caching plugin? Any ideas?

make sure you install the updated versions on the site having issue.
