Fetching Data – Product | Freezing at Chunk 5/11

HI I have a massive amount of product data that I need to import into my google sheet and it keeps stopping at Chunk 5 of 11. I tried to change the chunk size as shown in the YouTube video Bulk Product Editing Getting Started Guide – BPS Version 8 but cannot access setting either
Can someone help with this issue
