I have created 4 fields on the main order page, which is a grouped product – however when the customer orders, these 4 fields are not showing up on the order, nor on the email. What is going on?
There are no other plug ins on the page. It’s a simple grouped product page with the PPOM fields added.
I’m very frustrated as this product was supposed to come with support. Just telling me “whoops it mu” is not support. If you aren’t willing to help then I will leave a review stating as such.
Sorry, but the link you shared seems a single product. Because I don’t see any child products. However, for group products, every product should have the same PPOM meta attached. Like if PPOM meta ‘A’ is attached in any product in the group, so it PPOM Meta ‘A’, should be attached to all products in a group.
