We are currently developing a private Interact portal on a self privet server that doesn’t allow some incoming or out coming traffic. I have double checked the api key a few times but it is saying it isn’t working when the other plugins api key works. Could our server settings be preventing the licence from connecting?

Hi Rick,

Yes, it may be your server settings preventing the validation process.
