Hi, I installed the plugin. I activated the necessary mail notification settings and file sending from the wooconvo menu.
But the emails were going blank. I found the {message_text} shortcut from the forum and added it to the mail template. Messages started to appear in outgoing emails.
But still, the attached files do not appear in the mail. And the reply message link is not showing.
What should I do so that both the attached file and the reply message link appear in the mail?

sorry but due to some issues in the file link in the email we removed this feature so far. But we are working on this to make it more better and secure.
I sell custom designed products to my customers. After the order is placed, I need to send the first design file to my customer by e-mail. I already do this via email. I bought this plugin because it was difficult. So that my client can access the file I added without login. You say that this feature does not exist. This plugin doesn’t work for me as it stands. I request a refund.

as promised, we have just added the file download feature into the WooConvo pro version. You need to update WooConvo (free) version 7.6 and also update the PRO version from the client portal.

This is a feature request and we will add this soon. It’s not part of the core feature we put on site. And what we missed we delivered in the last update.
