File Upload issue with Porto theme resolve

Hi,

Sometimes File Input does not work in the Porto theme. There is a setting that needs to be disabled like the following:

How to disable Skeleton Screens?
Please go to Porto -> Theme Options -> General -> Show Skeleton Screens.
You can find four button sets: Shop Pages, Product Page, Product Quickview and Blog Pages.
We can disable skeleton screens for the product page by selecting them.
