“Filter by grouped” does not show any files

Hi, We have a page to show the files from WP File Manager Pro but when we choose a file group from the drop down list no files are displayed. When “All” is selected all the files show. The page is to show a particular top level file group by using the shortcode [nm-wp-file-uploader group_id=”159″ role=”subscriber”] as we want anyone to see this list. The file group filter drop down is showing the correct sub-file groups within that top level file group but we get the problem as per above.
Please could you assist?
