Hi,
I use your plugin for sending messages on orders placed by my customers.
They have just told me that they do not see my messages in their customer area. However, they do receive the email notification to let them know that a new message has been sent.
I did some tests and I realize that the first messages I send via WooCommerce / Orders disappear and my customers don’t see them in their customer area.
When I send a second message, it is clearly visible.
Can you help me solve this problem please?
