Image DropDown — Product image duplicated in gallery

When using the Image DropDown field and Enable Gallery is checked, the WP main product image is duplicated in the gallery images below the main product image.

This happens if there are or are not images added to the WP Edit Product, Product Gallery.

Is there a way to remove this duplicated image?
