Image image upload fields – Edge

Hi,

Thanks for a great plugin, we have a small bug.

The image image upload fields aren’t working in Edge, see the below example:

Are you able to help? They image upload fields are displayed using conditional logic if this makes a difference.

We are running the below versions which I believe are the latest:

WordPress – 4.9.6
WooCommerce – 3.4.1
N-Media WooCommerce PPOM – 12.3
N-Media WooCommerce PPOM PRO – 10.6 |

Well I have tested out image crop on Edge: https://ppom.nmediahosting.com/product/woo-album-4/

and it’s working fine. But your’s not working. You need to make sure that all settings are provided correctly.

I have worked out that the problem is when an Image Cropper field is hidden initially and then shown with conditional logic.

Here is an example link showing this:

The first one works but the one that appears when you check the box doesn’t.

Just to show that it isn’t when there is two croppers on a page here is an example that works perfectly:

Hope this bug can be resolved.

Thanks for sharing more detail. I got it and fixed. Please re-install version 12.4 and it will solve this issue. Make sure you clear the cache.
