Image uploads but does not add to cart

Can I have help with this please? ASAP pls as I am losing sales. I have purchased your ENTIRE ppom library and even paid an extra $50 for support on this issue, but still no help.

File is uploading when “choose an image”, but is not added to cart.
Issue only happens in desktop, works in mobile.

PPOM for woocommerce is Version 22.7.2. PPOM Pro and PPOM uploadcare are latest version

It seems that the issue is clearly related to the plugin as their script handles the inputs differently on item page based on the screen width, here is a video test I made:

In large screen, I have uploaded image and clicked add to cart – not worked
In small screen size, I have uploaded image, enlarged window and clicked add to cart – not worked
In slightly smaller than previous shown screen, I have uploaded image, enlarged window and clicked add to cart – worked!
This tells clearly that their script adds specific data based on screen size (I believe). This does not happens with default theme, however the way it reacts to screen size the problem should be on plugin side. I suggest you to contact the plugin developer and provide these troubleshoot information I have done so they can fix this, or at least guide what is causing this to happen in our theme.

Hello, plugin was updated to 24.0. It does not work again. I will be downgrading it back to working version. Customers are complaining they are not able to order.

22.7.2 is the only version/backup I have. I am not sure what version the issue starts with…

Ok, I have checked a few other clients using oxygen theme and it seems working fine at their end

But I am still trying to figure out why it is not working at your site with the latest PPOM.
