I used the whole thing until yesterday and it worked without any problems.
At the moment, however, whatever screen I try to open (Settings, Manage Lable, Sync, Setup etc) nothing works.
‘Please wait’ appears and then an endless load starts.How can I solve this?
I tried reloading but it doesn’t work. The same problem remains.
How can I try to reconnect if even opening the setup part shows endless loading? Should I uninstall the extension and reinstall it?
¡Hello! Thank you Najeeb, you really help me to solution it. I want to share my experience, my problem was really simple: I use the google browser, and I was logged in with the wrong account. The browser session was “X” and my google sheet account was “Y”, so the google browser session was “X” and the google sheet account was another. The solution is to use the same account in the browser that is used to open google sheet.

If I have to share the file with a customer to have them change the data inside?I can’t have him notify me every time he makes a change and proceed with manual synchronisation.
Is there no way to solve this problem?Manuel, this addon/plugin is intended to use as an admin or the owner of the store, and if you are sharing with customers or anyone it’s your personal requirements but it’s how all users should be using it.
What if purchase mail and I assume this means – user_email – is different from the Google Chrome user email and the Google Sheet user email?
Is Google Chrome ingognito any option?
