Issue in PPOM field in cart

Hello,
In our PPOM field, there is an issue. In our site, https://Morenaturals.Com/, we use N-Media Woo Commerce PPOM Pro Version.
The problem is that when we change the quantity of a product, it does not update in the cart page.

Please let me know where the problem is concerning, because I’ve tried all of the plugin’s settings but haven’t been able to find a solution, and my site is live, therefore others are experiencing this problem, so please let me know as soon as possible.

Issue is when Again User Will Add Same Variation Product To Cart There Are Double Entries Are Created In cart page. Again When User will Add Same Product With Same Quantity, double Time Price Will Be generated But Quantity Remain The Same In It Not Increased Please Let Me Know The Issue Where the Problem Is Created
