Line spacing and Upper case only letters

1) Is there any way to loosen up the amount of space between each PPOM line on a woocomerce product page so it all doesn’t look so crowded? Maybe some magic CSS code?

2) Is there any way to limit a text field to capital letters only? Even if the customer enters upper and lower case letters, I would want the text field to only show capital letters.
