I’m having problems with the plugin when trying to implement it in my website.
Specifically, when a customer attempts to send a message from their account, no ‘message sent’ confirmation is shown in the customer chat window (the text input area is not cleared, and the “Message sent successfully” confirmation is not shown), however the message is actually sent. Said message is then only displayed in the chat window if the order page is refreshed.
I have tested the private messaging feature on your demo website and it worked as expected, I’m not sure why it’s not working the same way on my website.
