Hello, I have just bought the plugin and I’m testing it.
It seems like there’s literally no difference between the Vendor & Customer messages – you cannot tell who sent the message.
1. It doesn’t show the customer/vendor name – it shows the website title
2. Both vendor & customer messages are on the right side? Shouldn’t YOUR (depending if you are vendor/customer) be on one side and the message from the other guy – on the opposite side?Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/gmu5VnOxuCF9 (‘teste test’ message is sent from Customer)
I also wanted to ask is it possible to disable chat option for certain categories / certain vendors?
I am using WCFM.
