Hi, I have had an issue with the installation of the plugin+user specific addon.
There were 2 plugins in the download area, I installed number 2 but I entered the API Key of number 1.
I don’t know if this is the reason why I don’t see the features of the “Specific User” addon.
I’m trying to delete the API KEY but I can’t do it. I have tried deactivating and deleting the plugins but when I reinstall it, the configuration is maintained.

Cristobal, no issue with API keys if used by other’s. Make sure you have installed the latest Frontend file manager Free + Pro versions are installed. If this does not solve the issue please share your site credentials with sales@najeebmedia.com

There is an “error” that I don’t know why, and it doesn’t allow me to upload files from the shortcode. In the visual part, I click on “choose file” and select it from my PC, but it doesn’t upload.
If I do this process from the control panel > Plugin > New File, the file is uploaded without any problem.

December 11, 2023 at 11:17 am #156715Cristobal CanoParticipantThe problem is that with the shortcode [ffmwp], when I am on the “Documents” page, I click on the select file button, I select it from my PC, but the file is not uploaded.
If I do this action from “Add new file” in the control panel > Plugin, the files are uploaded.

can you please make sure your shortcode don’t have
tags around it? sometime whe you copy the shortcode it copy these tags.

I have checked on your site (thanks for sharing information) and send reply like itβs some sort of errors and site broken when edit page. you need to fix it first and hopefully it will fix this as well.
Can you please try with a different theme?

I have ruled out that it is a problem of the theme, because with the free version of the plugin, it allowed me to upload files from the frontend. Before the pro version was installed, it also allowed me to upload files but still without the activation of the User Specific addons.After that I don’t know what could have happened but when installing the PRO version, there is something that doesn’t work as it should, so I asked him about the possibility of reinstalling plugin+addons from scratch.
I would let you do it so that the installation is correct.
I urgently need to solve this issue because in less than 24 hours I have to present the project and show you how to upload files. I hope we can solve it. I remain at your disposal if you need anything.
I have a test domain where I could test the plugin, but of course, there I would not have the API Key active.
