Pages with PPOM field are loading extreme slow

HI there,

for some reason my product pages with a ppom field are loading extremely slow
for example the products on this category page https://drozzyshondenshop.nl/product/ppm-jachtlijn/

It is not on all products. If i deactivate ppom everthing is working fast. Can you tell me why this is happening ?
