“Please try to deactivate PPOM Pro and then see if you see validate option.”
I have received your response by email but it does not work and does not solve my problem.
I have since sent you 2 emails (with full details and screenshots) without response.
it seems that “ppom pro” and “ppom cart edit” use the same field to validate with API key.
“PPOM pro” was active when I entered the API key of “PPOM cart edit”.
So in N-Media Client Portal, it indicates that the license is approved now, but the “PPOM cart edit” addon was not validated on the worpress side.
When I use your emailed solution to disable PPOM Pro before entering API key for PPOM cart edit, it doesn’t work.
There is an ajax error in the console (but not this error on the same page with PPOM pro active).
I tried by disabling all extensions and changing the theme as well.
I also asked to reset the license for “PPOM cart edit” on your portal to try again but my request went unanswered.
In addition I see that in the demos on your website, the one for “PPOM cart edit” does not work ?
