How do you set up ppom pro. I’ve upgraded to the pro option. Just wondering what is the set up procedure.

Sorry I meant i’ve paid for the upgrade to pro but when I go to the plugin in wordpress it is still showing that I have the basic one and not the upgraded one. Could you let me know the solution please

I have the same problem, I have load plugin pro and instal on my website but I don’t have find tutorial to upgrade form free plugin to prop plugin with lost my meta group

You will not lost any data, just install the pro version and validate with the API key provided into your client portal.

Thank you for your answer, I understood after that you had to keep the free version and activate it with the pro version that I installed, without uninstalling the free version. However, the activation is not done, it marks me please wait, but nothing happens and my order is still in the “pending” state, is that what is blocking my activation? If so, when do you think it will be effective to allow me to activate my plugin?
