Price add-ons not showing up in cart for wholesale users

I just upgraded to the PRO version of PPOM hoping that it would make the price add-ons work for wholesale users, but it still does not. I am using wholesalesuiteplugin.com.

If I am logged in as a wholesale user, I can see all of the selected add on options in the cart, but the prices are not included in the total.

For example, if I select an item and the wholesale price is $10. There is a radio option that adds $5. Total $15. As a logged in customer or guest, the total in the cart for that item is $15. But as a wholesale user, the total just stays at $10. You can see the option was selected, but the $5 does not get added.

Is this something that should work with this plugin?

which PPOM (FREE) version are you using? make sure it is latest.

Version 19.0 of the FREE version and version 18.9 of PRO version.

Another thing I noticed is that the price table is displaying the regular price in on the product page, not the wholesale price.

For example, my regular price is $20, wholesale price is $10. Option price is $5. On the product page, the price table calculation area shows “Option Total $5; Product Price: $20; Total: $25”. It should be “Total: $15”. When you add to cart, it shows “Price: $10”. You can see the [+$5.00] option in the cart, but it is not added.

I do not have any out of date plugins. I have the latest WordPress, WooCommerce, PPOM, etc.

we are looking but the wholesale plugin is making their own price calculations and overrides the cart prices.

Not sure if that is a new change on their part but that seems to make the plugins no longer compatible. Is this something that the Rymera devs would help with? Perhaps you have code modification suggestions for them?

I found a different Product Add On plugin on Woocommerce site that is compatible with Wholesale suite. I am going to use that one for now. However, I like your plugin features better, so if you are able to get the compatibility with the wholesale plugin fixed, please update me here! I will switch back 🙂
