Hello,

On my site pages the ADD TO CART button is not working for Products on which PPOM fieds are added. Eg-

It is working on the other Products

What I tried-
1. I tried by keeping just the free version active and pro version deactivated but no change.
2. Does the settings of REST API in WooCommerce > Settings ? PPOM API has anything related to this?
3. I noticed that on Products with PPOM fields, when ADD TO CART is pressed then the default ajax script of the theme does not load, instead another script runs..
3. The theme is VITRINE

Please help asap as we are planning to launch in a week. Thanks.

One more thing – On Products, the PPOM fields are under the “Personalize Jacket” tab.

Hi,

We have just checked and see Add to cart button is not inside WooCommerce default place like under summary div and it will not work until you put it back or ask your theme developer to set it.
