problem with sending emails to customer from WooCommerce Vendor and Customers Co

Hello,
we bought your WooCommerce Vendor and Customers Conversation PRO [WooConvo PRO] plugin and everything was working fine until now. We have upgraded the base version of the WooCommerce Vendor and Member Conversation [WooConvo] plugin to version 7.3
The messages we send to the customer via the completed order come without message content, when the WooCommerce Vendor and Member Conversation [WooConvo] plugin rollback to version 6.9 everything works correctly.
Can you verify what the error is?

now in new version, we added a Email message input called: Additional Message, inside this message you can define your vars like following:

{order_number}
{order_date}
{message_text}
{billing_first_name}
{billing_last_name}

{message_text} is the user message in WooConvo
