Product Sync doesn’t work

The production synchronization doesn’t work :

After print :

” 1/2 – Please wait
SYNC OPERATION started ”

The ” 1/2 – Please wait ” disappear and it’s stuck.

I am also having this same issue.

When I sync products I see

SYNC OPERATION STARTED …

Then

1/55 – Please wait.

Then

Chunk# 1/55: 100 row(s) are updated successfully.

Then 1/55 – Please wait. … disappears and it’s stuck

Only one chunk has been sync’d.
