Dear WP Member Hero Users,
We have recently received reports of an issue with the edit profile menu in our plugin. We would like to inform you that the edit profile menu is only available for users who have been created using the MemberHero plugin form. This is due to the way the plugin is designed to function.
If you are experiencing this issue and would like to have access to the edit profile menu, we recommend that you create a new user using the MemberHero plugin form. Once the user is created, you will be able to see the edit profile menu in the user’s profile page.
