remove add to cart button from product page

Hi, can you add a feature to remove the add to cart button on the product page?
Can you add a feature for this to be a global setting ?
Please note that it should only be removed on the product page and not in the popup.
After people are done customizing that’s when they need to put it in the shopping cart.
