remove add to cart button from product page

can you please add a functionality that removes the add to cart button on the product page?
Please note that it should only happen on the product page it self.

When people arrive on product page, they need to see the start customizing button, and then the popup activates. The add to cart button should not be there.

Then they click on start customization button.

Then they customize products with ppom fields, and after they are done they scroll down and put see the add to cart button. the add to cart button should only be shown in popup.

And then a global feature in the plugin settings that says “disable add to cart button on product page” in ppom popup settings.
