We sometimes receive orders, where required fields are not saved. We are missing the field value completely.
For instance, I have a group, where last field is a required selectbox. Order we receive has all the meta data, except the last one. I cannot reproduce it as it does not happen all the time.Anyone else have these issues?
There are several fields hidden by condition. But sometimes only the last one is not saved in the order. It has the same conditions as fields above it. Those fields were saved.
Ok, it’s bit strange and we cannot even reproduct same thing. And we didn’t get same issue from other sources to track it. If you found any hint about this issue please must let us know so we can see this.

Its not about that field.
Its the field “tekstkleur”
As you can see, the order holds multiple entries of the same product. However, on the first I’m missing “tekstkleur” data!Hi,
well I have tried again with almost all combination to see if I can catch it again. But I can’t see it. Everytime I left it blank it gives me error and does not proceed to checkout.
one suggestion: we have option ajax base validation, please turn this on, may be this solve your issue.
Again had this order today with missing field (tekstkleur) in first orderline of an order.
Going to check Ajax validation……
Checked Ajax.
I get validation errors, but item is still added to cart. As far as I know there is no other ajax add to cart.
