Several issues on 2.7 version

Hello,

Since I upgraded to 2.7 version:

· The Facebook login isn’t working properly. When clicked, the “loading” ring appears keeps there forever without loading the users with the text “connected with Facebook” but nothing happens.

· I had to put the shortcode ‘[nm-wp-registration]’ instead fo the login because with login the registration appears instead of Facebook Login.

· Also, if I place both Twitter and Facebook logins in one page the Twitter login appears but in another neither Facebook nor Twitter appears.

· After I register with Facebook, the user cannot login with Facebook. It sends two user registration mails to the administrator but no login is possible. The login password sent to the user is invalid.

· Twitter login is not working. After logging into Twitter, the site comes back to a weird URL
