Some issues

Hello,

A huge thank you for this plugin that saves us a lot of time, we have however several problems that I will address in order:

– The first is that we use formulas to fill each column automatically based on our stocks that we update, so when we add a product to the stock the volume updates directly in the sheet for the plugin. However with the Pro version when I try to update the inventory, by doing a “Fetch product”, the inventory does not update on the WordPress side.

– The second one is that during the “Fetch” the content already existing via the formulas is overwritten by the same values but in the form of text, so the formulas are in error to not overwrite the content of the cells even though they are the same.

What are the possibilities to get around these problems?

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out, well the fetch operation is used to update from WP site to sheet so it will not update the Site, you have to click the Sync Data menu to update from Sheet to site.

Secondly, formula values are not fetched from site to sheet.
