Synchronization never starts

Good afternoon, we have a problem with the plugin.

The plugin is already configured correctly to work on the web (in fact it was already being used) but now it does not start synchronization when we use sync data -> sync products

Please indicate the reason

Yes due to last update, it has little issue and it’s being fixed. And for quick fix please re-connect your site sheet and it will work again.

We have lost the entire project that we had in the google sheet, is there any way to recover it?
