sorry for the late reply due to Eid holidays. Well it is not normal to sync 100 proudcts in 40 mints. There must be some issue at configuration. Can you please make sure you have latest versions installed and also try with new connection.
I have just installed the latest version 7.5 and managed to connect to the website.
The categories synced very fast but when I sync the products it gives a message that chunk# 1/17 : 965 existing products fetched… BUT the sheets have not updated. I left the pop up window open for over 1 hour and no further updates or any data in the sheet.
Please advise.
ThanksHello, I’ve been experiencing the same issue but mine only shows “fetch operation started” and it would stay like that for more than an hour until I close it.
After re-connecting the sheet to my website I am also now seeing just the “FETCH OPERATION STARTED” message and nothing else happening.
I have left it in this state for over an hour with no change.
All plugins except the bulk sync and woocommerce have been disabled… same result.
Checked the log files but no issue reported.
The categories are fetching and syncing fine.
If I add a dummy product in the sheets it is syncing to the website fine.
So it’s connected but not able to fetch all products.Hi,
