test mode enabled

Good morning,
I’m trying to use your plugin but I feel it’s not working properly.
the site is this one:

Agenda Naturaleza Femenina 2018

when chosing payment with 2checkout it’s said test mode enabled.
I’m using with enfold theme.

I followed your instruction in: https://najeebmedia.com/2018/08/08/woocommerce-2checkout-payment-gateway-setup-guide/ but it seem my account doesn’t correspond to images.

Could you please let me know how it works?
Also in my account client area, the status off the plugin is “pendent”

Let me know as soon as possible, otherwise, I’d ask for a refund 😀

well i click out the test mode, and now the matter is when I recieve a payment from the client with credit card there is a pop upp saying: “Please check your Seller ID, Publishable or Private Key”

Sorry for late response, make sure you have provided publishable and private keys. And Seller Id is different if you using Test Mode.

Sorry, I didn’t see this. You can always found your publishable and private keys under account and then click API menu.

there is no “api menu” or at least i cannot find it…
where is “under account”?

Hi,

I see 2Checkout has updated their UI totally. You can found now these keys under Settings (top right corner) and from this page you will a section: Edit System settings.
