Hi , is it possible to upload video or audio ? I have add MP4 and Mp3 under setting but doesn’t seen it works.

Hi,

yes you can upload vides/audios. But I will suggest to upload these heavy type data on some cloud like Amazon S3, and we have Amazon S3 addon to upload your files directly to your AWS S3 bucket.

thank you for the reply, I have put mov format in my setting and tried upload a video but the page is kind of stuck at upload page and doesn’t go anyway. any ideas?

The video files are larger and mostly the site server are not configure to post or upload larger files. Please contact your host to update your server settings to upload larger files.
