Dear N-Media,
we are having a huge problem. All our customers use the ppom image cropper from the pro version.
Since a few days the uploader and the cropper do not work anymore. So none of our customers can order anymore.
You can select the image, and when pressing upload the file loads and can be seen as a small file but the cropper stays greyed-out and keeps spinning.
This is also happening on your demo page.A link to one of your products (with cropper field active):
