When adding variation to the cart, their value isn’t being added, please watch the video here for more details: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ewx9yW-QEPU&feature=youtu.be
Any ideas how to fix this? thanksJanuary 6, 2019 at 3:14 pm #10234
please disable ajax add to cart feature and then try. It should work then.January 7, 2019 at 10:42 pm #10248

thanksJanuary 9, 2019 at 4:50 pm #10259
please check your theme settings, or ask your theme dev to find it.January 11, 2019 at 10:21 am #10292
I’ve tried it, still doesn’t work.. please advise.January 13, 2019 at 4:06 pm #10305
Please share your product page URL.January 15, 2019 at 1:52 pm #10344
It’s currently on https://cardinaldist.com/product-category/2-inch-caps/page/2/ , fourth row.
The product I’m testing is called ‘250 Count 2 Inch Iron On’ as per this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ewx9yW-QEPU&feature=youtu.beJanuary 15, 2019 at 4:36 pm #10350
I see your video again you are using some quick view or popup, PPOM fields works on product page only.
try orderging from this page:
not from category.January 15, 2019 at 9:44 pm #10354
I’m aware of the pop out but that’s how the customer wants the website done, I don’t understand why it doesn’t work from a popout, can’t this be fixed?January 16, 2019 at 5:25 am #10356
I wish I can could this, but it’s a theme feature and I can’t make changes in theme file unless theme’s developer does.January 16, 2019 at 6:32 pm #10373
the front end developer is no longer around and I’m a backend developer.. is this something you could send a private quote for? and I mean, I know how to disable the popout but the customer wants it, I’d like the plugin to work on the popout

From your replies, It’s clear your plugin is not fit for purpose, therefore, I’d like to get a refund and I’ll use a different plugin. Could you please tell me how to get a refund? ThanksJanuary 20, 2019 at 8:03 pm #10393AnastasiaParticipant
I have the same issue. We bought your module and it is not at all working. adding any extra does not add to the total prices (this was not the case with the old version of the module). I disabled the ajax feature in the woocommerce as you are suggesitng and it is still not working (setting: woocomerce>settings>Product>Add to basket behaviour and deselect ‘Enable AJAX to add to basket buttons on archives’). and our theme does not contain any woocomerce to start with so all the woocomerce features were added by us. not sure your basic answer will work with us.
So we need please your support. We are now for days trying to contact you about several other issues with the plugin and we do not receive any concrete answer. We sent all the details to connect to our staging website and you need to understand this is urgent. We are getting a lot of drop out as we can’t really upgrade to this new version of the module. So please answer asap to us. This is needed to start other dev works.January 21, 2019 at 7:55 am #10396
do you have same issue? like fields are showing in popup? And we have given reply on this already. PPOM fields will not work for Popups, and if you have other issue please better to open other post, or if you already have post see for reply there.July 19, 2019 at 3:09 pm #13025Jane BrianKeymaster
