VAT / TAX Issue

Hi

We have an option that shouldn’t be taxed. I tried making it a fixed fee but Woocommerce still taxes it.

Is it possible to have an option added to the total without being taxed?

Hi Nick,

if you set fee as ‘Fixed’ then you have option to make it taxable or not. But all other prices are not included tax, these are added to product base price.

The fixed fee with the taxable unchecked gives the same amount unfortunately.

The figure of £830 which is without the OLEV grant should be taxed and then after that the OLEV grant is subtracted giving a final total of £496

Any ideas how we can achieve this?
