Please update to the latest version 22.3 and make sure you deactivate and reactivate the plugin if fields are not saving.

Yes the illegal string error is still showing error as per the link attached in my first post. The error appears when trying to add an item to the cart.

make sure you have updated again with new releases with PPOM PRO updated version from client portal.

I have done downloaded and re-installed the plugin but they are the same versions and nothing has changed. The problem still exists!! Please advise?!
