Woocommerce Integration with File Uploader Plugin

Hi there,

2 questions:

1. can user insert a value related to a certain file upload, say entering a number associated to a file?
2. Is it possible for a user to make a payment before or after sharing the file with website ?

Could you please advise what are the best plugins to make the items above possible, we prefer to use woo commerce for payment.
