WooConvo NOT WORKING!

Hello,

Just recently purchased WooConvo Pro and installed it on a new site. The site is running on the latest WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor Pro.

I can send messages just fine using an admin account in the backend. But sending a message via My account -> Orders -> View Message does not do anything. It simply redirects to the Order details page and nothing else. I have tested this using admin and customer account. Nothing worked.

I have WooConvo 7.13 and WooConvo PRO 7.2 installed.

Please help.

So it has a conflict with the Yoast SEO plugin. I have temporarily disabled the Yoast SEO plugin and everything works fine. I still need the Yoast SEO plugin, how do I fix this?

well, when you click My account -> Orders -> View Message it should redirect to order details page and inside order detail page our WooConvo is rendered.

but with Slim SEO 😀
