WooConvo WCFM add-on issue

Hi guys,

I just bought the WooConvo Add-on for WCFM but I can’t seem to find the place where to input my API key, I installed the zip file that I downloaded from your webpage and all it changed was that I see a ‘Dokan’ tab under WooConvo configuration but no option to activate it

I have installed the free version of WooConvo and the pro version works just fine, I’m having issues is with the add-on for WCFM, my vendors can’t see the tab to chat with customers after they’ve made a sale

Hi Chad,

make sure you have enabled Dokan settings from WooConvo settings panel from WooCommerce->WooConvo

1st thing I did, sadly nothing changed in the vendors dashboard, no new tab or anything changed for that matter

it will be inside each order, please go to orders and open any order you will see the WooConvo message box as it works in normal orders like: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RhzSf2d7ME9QrW4OlH-7dCn0rCQWw4o5/view?usp=sharing
