Wrong percent calculation if wc_decimal_sep is a comma

Hi,

maybe i found a bug.

In WC we have a comma in “Settings / General / Decimal separator” and a percent based calculation in “PPOM Fields / [META] / Options / Price” eg. 10%.
If i select now a additional option as a customer the otion price is calculated incorrectly. For example:
– Base price: 1.575,00 €
– Option price: 157,50 € (10%)
– Result price unter option select: 157,00

If i change the decimal separator to “.” the calculation is correct.
