Hi,
I have emailed you twice now regarding a refund but have had no reply in over two weeks hence why I am contacting you again here.
The software unfortunately does not meet the needs of my client so I would like again to request a refund as in the 10 day refund policy.
The software is great but unfortunately does not meet my needs on this occasion.
