Issues with WooConvo

But it is not functioning properly recently

Here are the problems I am having:

1) The message sending button keeps rotating forever even though the message is sent. But the customer will not know if the message has been sent.
2) I am not getting email notifications when a new message is sent. So, is the customer
3) Sometimes, the complete message is not being sent from our end or our customer’s end.

Can you quickly fix it?
