ParticipantHi…
I use your PPOM on my order forms and it works great. However… lately (not sure how long – maybe 2 weeks)… the information on some of my PPOMs that is entered by the customer is not showing in the cart. Go here:
Select the “size”… then “Add Personalization”. Type any information in the field(s).
The personalization shows on the order form… then “Add to Cart”. The information entered by the customer is gone. Instead it reverts back to the words “Add Personalization”.
What can be done to fix this? Thanks in advance for your time and assistance….

KeymasterHi,
I can see all PPOM extra fields data being passed into cart smoothly.

ParticipantNot the text line with the personalization. The cart shows the “Select Mailbox Size” and the line that says “Add Personalization” but the 3rd line with the personalization text entered by the customer is not showing in the cart side menu summary or the cart itself.
Now the question is… why are you seeing something that both my customers and myself are not seeing… ? Can you please check that again…
I had also noticed a previous client inquired about the same issue and he was told that the “bug” was fixed in future release. You went on to ask if he had the “beta” version.
Maybe that’s what I need?
Thanks…

ParticipantI also just turned all my plug-ins off/on, but did not find any conflict…

ParticipantHi again…
Another customer just made us aware a a problem with this page:
Again… it is the text field that is not showing in the cart.
Is there a previous version available? to get me back to when everything was working fine?
Any ideas or update from you would be appreciated.

ParticipantOK. I may have figured out the problem.
Should anyone else stumble upon this thread with the same issues as described above… make sure you have the box “Enable New Conditional Logic Script” checked in the WooCommerce > Settings.
For the moment, that seems to have corrected the problem of “text” not carrying over from the order form to the cart.
