How do I get all the custom product options/fields created with PPOM to show up in the email passed onto the customer? Thank you!

Hi Amir,

PPOM fields already sent in email to customers. If these not sending make sure you don’t have any other plugin installed which change Email template settings.

Yes you are right, the fields are indeed passed automatically into the customer email… I am just having trouble figuring out a couple of conditional HTML fields with some additional info that I would like to send to the emails as well. I look forward to your response. Thanks in advance!

can you please share product page URL and also mention which HTML fields are not being sent in email?

hi there!
here is the link and if you go through the process you will receive an email and you will see which fields are not being included. It is all the HTML additional fields (descriptions, bullet points, etc)

Hi. This update messed up my forms big time.

I use HTML-sections to create instructions and additional information and I do NOT want them to be visible in the cart.

So how can we remove this “bugfix” from our forms? Could you for example include a checkbox to HTML-section that asks if the content should be displayed on cart or not.

Ok, it’s good suggestion to add a checkbox to include HTML content into cart or not. We will add this soon.
